Our projects and collaboration with BART span over four decades of design and fabrication,

using just about every material: All metals, plastics, woods, resins, fiberglass/composites, textiles, rubber/foam materials and more. Applications also vary with just about every

use imaginable: train car/engine machined components, drive train/propulsion, sheet metal,

gaskets, antenna, brakes, seats, interior railing/trim, insulators, castings, tubing, cabling,

electronic/electro-mechanical assemblies, wood storage crates, track parts, fence components, signage/graphics, lighting and more. We have also collaborated with

BART engineers on component design, drawings and component materials.

PK TOOL drawings and spec/data information on file at the BART engineering dept.

for reordering components and materials.

Photos shown: Ticket machines, fare gates, coin/bill money changer components.

this contract spanned 3 years and 6 station locations.
